ORAL PRESENTATION
Presentations will be given in real-time using Zoom.
The following is the ringing timing of the bell.
Plenary talk (total 30min): 1st 20min, 2nd 25min, 3rd 30min
Special talk (total 30min): 1st 20min, 2nd 25min, 3rd 30min
Invited talk (total 30min): 1st 20min, 2nd 25min, 3rd 30min
Contributed presentation (total 15min): 1st 8min, 2nd 10min, 3rd 15min
*If oral presenter wishes to provide your presentation as a video file due to concerns about time differences or communication conditions, please contact the conference chair (tmiyamot@pi.titech.ac.jp).
In this case, since there is no QA time, you can use the total time as the presentation time.
*All oral presentations will be recorded and made available as an archive, only to OPIC participants until 21 May. POSTER SESSION
Presenters provide a one-page Poster PDF and the PDF file should be uploaded by 5th, April, 2021.
Poster PDF file can be accessed from program of OWPT poster session during conference. (Poster Presentation).
In addition to the QA by chat, in the OWPT, live poster session is planned using Breakout Rooms of Zoom in 11:00-12:00 of both 20th (Tuesday) and 21st (Wednesday), April, 2021. Half of the poster presenters will present live in one of the days (20th: OWPT-P-01 – P-05, 21st: OWPT-P06 – P-11).
